The Three “R’s”: Reduce, Re-use, Recycle!
Joanie Calem, singer/songwriter, storyteller and community builder, is currently presenting programs of interactive folk music and stories from around the world—right here in Central Ohio. Her songs and stories encourage awareness and concern for the world that we live in, as we participate in a musical brainstorming of how to play our role as part of the solution rather than part of the problem.
Joanie will be performing on Sat., May 2 at 1 pm at the Central Ohio Folk Festival at Battelle-Darby Creek Metro Park. The fee for this fabulous 3-day festival is $35/$25 seniors/12 & under free (Google for performers and schedule). You can catch her performance for free on Tues., June 23 at 11am at the Karl Road Library, 5590 Karl Rd.
Joanie’s hour- long programs can be suited both to children or adults. or visit www.joaniecalem.com for details and fees.
